"I've travelled all over the world, but somehow, I always wanted to go to Hungary, because of the family ties. I spent a lot of time in Hungary as a child. My wife, Ágnes, is Hungarian, and for the last 10 years we have spent every free moment in Hungary. There was no question for me that I wanted to live here. We always wanted to have a house with a big garden, to do a bit of farming, to live a rural life in a good way, to keep animals, to live a healthy life. 



Once we were travelling to Gyöngyös and I noticed a church tower in the distance. Well, let's have a look, let me get to know the area. On the way, my wife told me a little about Nagyréde, saying that there were vine growers and winegrowers here. As I arrived in the village, I saw a nice park and a sign on the fence: "for sale". We immediately looked at the property and after a year and a half we managed to buy it, including the park.
And so it began. We feel we have arrived, we are home. We've been researching the estate and the surrounding area, studying historical records, spending a lot of time with the stories of the people who were once born and lived here. We are passionate about good wine. We have travelled to some of the most famous wine regions. In the future we want to contribute to making this wine region even more famous and successful."
