Autumn is slowly settling over the Mátra region. The harvest is drawing to a close, the landscape takes on new colours, and the flavours of the Palóc region and the finest seasonal ingredients take centre stage.

• An optional five-wine Scharioth wine pairing, carefully selected to complement the dishes

• Dinner served around a 14-seat Empire table, creating an intimate setting where every guest becomes part of the same shared culinary experience

ACCOMMODATION & TRANSFER

A limited number of guest rooms at the castle are available for those who would like to stay overnight after the dinner and enjoy the peaceful morning atmosphere of our castle and gardens.

You can indicate your accommodation request in the comments section when making your reservation. We will get back to you regarding availability. Our castle accommodation can be booked with a 50% discount for this date.

After the dinner, we also provide a transfer service so you can return home safely after an enjoyable evening.

Exclusive dinners for up to 16 guests in the Rhédey Claudia Room, surrounded by the elegance of the castle, with a multi-course fine dining dinner, wine tasting and, upon request, a private cellar visit. An ideal setting for executive dinners, important business partner meetings or hosting international guests. Accommodation for up to 8 guests is also available in the castle. Our fine dining dinner experiences and accommodation can also be purchased as gift vouchers.

The Musklátli Event Hall for 60–80 guests, located just a few minutes from the estate, is an ideal choice for larger year-end dinners, corporate gatherings and annual business reviews. The venue can be arranged in several layouts and features a dedicated drinks bar.

Wine Tasting Experiences at Scharioth Estate






Dear Wine Lovers!

Spend a few wonderful hours with us in a truly special setting.

Join us for our “White Mátra Wunder” Wine Tasting, a regular experience at Scharioth Estate.

From 1 June 2026, every Friday and Saturday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

The experience includes:

A tasting of five highly acclaimed wines from the Mátra Wine Region
Homemade bread and premium Tuscan olive oil served alongside the wines
A guided walk through the classical landscaped gardens of Scharioth Estate

The complete tasting experience lasts approximately 1.5 hours.

Group size: minimum 4, maximum 15 guests
Price: HUF 12,000 / person

Each tasting wine is served in a 1 dl portion.

The wines featured in the tasting are also available for purchase on site. For purchases of more than one case of wine, we offer a 10% discount per bottle.
